Today was the Screen Actor’s Guild Awards and 30 Rock won two of the three categories it was nominated for! Congratulations to Tina Fey and Alec Baldwin for winning their respective categories. Such a shame the Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series wasn’t won by the 30 Rock cast. Better luck next time!Alec Baldwin was not present at the event but Tina Fey was there to accept the award and giving out another comical speech!Thank you. Oh my goodness. Well, thank you so much. I thank anyone in the Screen Actors Guild for considering me an actor at all. And I share this with everyone in our ensemble; it takes a lot of people to make me look like a good actor. And specifically, I really want to thank my most frequent scene partner, Alec Baldwin. If you’ve seen me on the show with Alec Baldwin, then you know it’s sort of like watching Fred Astaire dance with a hat rack. And after a while, you’re like, “Oh, that hat rack is pretty good, too.” So, you’ve given an award to the hat rack, and I thank you.And I want to thank everyone in SAG for being so supportive of the Writers Guild of America. Thank you.

Well, with the Writer’s Strike going on… No one’s really doing much but some cast members have some activities going on. For one thing, Alec Baldwin stars in a comical vignette for AOL.com, channelling the Jack Donaghy character.{nl}{nl} Katrina Bowden, who plays the sexy Cerie, has an interview up at the online magazine, Starry Constellation. Added more music from the show at the audio section. Namely, “America”, “Midnight Train to Georgia”, “Muffin Top”, “Pam the Overly Confident Morbidly Obese Woman”, “Cleveland, Hello” and Jack’s rendition of “What the World Needs Now.” Enjoy ‘em!I also put up a list of awards and nominations to show off the awesomeness of the series. They’re all up in the show section!
